In the words of The Guess Who “Seasons change and so did I”

I do most of my thinking when I’m driving. So this morning I came to the conclusion that things change even if you don’t pay attention. Yesterday I realized that Saskatchewan has some of the moodiest weather I have ever seen. Yesterday it started snowing…or at lest it was trying. It was mostly rain. Have you ever noticed how bright new leaves look on a tree that is wet? I never noticed the bright green before. When you are uses to seeing the bare branches all winter it looks odd at first to see new life swaying in the breeze. Today looks really nice and sunny, still very cool outside from yesterday’s little mood swing, but things are looking up.
Shawn heads to his new job on Sunday sometime, I don’t have to work so that should be interesting…I wonder if I will start balling. I haven’t done that for a while. I use to cry my eyes out when he would leave to go to school or when he started his new job. Its funny how things change like that.
