There's always free cheese is a mousetrap

Officially the weather sucks peanuts. Yesterday it was super nice outside...actually it was more like hot out. It was actually lighting last night. I have no idea was the temperature was, but it was pretty warm. Today, there is snow. It has been snowing since I got up this morning. I am convinced that some evil scientist is up to no good. You know, controlling the weather and what not.
So disgusting outside... it is making me depressed.

Unemotional

I have never figured myself to be the emotional one.
I find it easier to not deal with things.
Lock them up and they will go away
Then I realize that some emotions you can’t lock away.
That they won’t disappear,
They show up when you lest expect it and in the strangest forms
They show the real you… the real you that you don’t always want to show.
Those emotions that show people how you truly feel on the inside…not just what you portray on the outside.
I am trying to deal with my emotions….

I have angered the popcorn gods...

I think the popcorn gods are out to get me. The last time I tried to pop microwave popcorn ended in disaster…. Not like hitting an iceberg disaster, but a disaster all the same. It was a little while back. We had just gotten a new microwave and I had the urge at 10 am that I wanted popcorn. I hit the popcorn button and it was done in a 1:45. Now going back to the old microwave, you had to cook it for 3 minutes. Thinking that the popcorn doesn’t look all popped I put it in for another 1:45. Much to my dismay, the microwave stopped and the aroma of burnt popcorn filled the air. It had exploded and left a black mark on the side of the microwave…. To this day when you use the microwave you can smell burnt popcorn for disasters past. So today I felt like popcorn again at 10 am cause I was going to watch a movie. I should have realized that the same disaster would repeat itself. The house smells of burnt popcorn again…

You can't make a person love you (you can only stalk them and hope for the best)

Back in the day, I use to have a website with a bunch of little saying I had found on the Internet. I think this one would have been perfect. Seeing as I apparently "stalked" my current boyfriend. Shawn thinks I stalked him. Only because I drove past his house one time while I was waiting for a friend's bus to come in… and then that one time afterwork. Its not like I phoned him and would wait till he answered then hang up. Or sit on the other end and breathe heavily into the phone, not talking. In this day and age of Caller I.D I would totally be screwed, or even with out Caller I.D the whole *69. Good thing I never did that.

You know 92 years ago today the Titanic hit an iceberg and sank at 2am April 15, 1912. There that is your history lesson for the day.

Isn't it funny that by looking hot, you're actually being colder than everyone else?

I found this quote on a web page a little while back. The funny thing is, it is so true. You see these skinny girls walking around with jackets that are so tight that they obviously can’t do them up, wearing these big bulky shoes; which will not keep your feet warm in the dead of winter. “I may not be able to feel me toes do to frost bite but at lest I look hot…” The guys might like the fact they you have less clothes on, but they might change their minds when they see the frost bitten toes and tips….

P.S.
Have a Happy Easter or as I usually say, Happy Bunny!

Its all under a Harvest Moon

I have a new obsession. I am addicted...to a play station game. This all started on Sunday when Shawn and myself went to Blockbuster to rent a movie. The one we wanted wasn't there. So I happen to walk past the play station games. Now there wasn't much of a selection but one caught my attention. Harvest Moon – Back to Nature. I had played the one for SNES and I would spend hours playing it. So Shawn agreed and we rented it. That night we were up till midnight playing this game. On Monday night, Shawn fell asleep and I played that game till 3 in the morning. Yesterday I played it from 9:00am to 4:00 pm. Proving again that I have no life, and that I really need to get out more. But I really want this game. And nobody sells Play station games anymore. So if anyone has this game I want it!
